The Survival+ datapack is updated to 1.16 and this datapack is a part of the Survival+ datapack.
So this datapack needs also an update either to 1.16.

Version 1.14+ is still possible to download.

Just a heads up, if you get an error like this:

It's because there's an extra folder layer in the zip:
