Monster Energy (green) gives you a 100 sec regeniration boost
Monster Energy (bleu) gives you a 100 sec of you a 100 sec of jump boost of 5 blocks
Monster Energy (yellow) gives you a 100 sec of haste boost
Monster Energy (red) gives you a 100 sec of speed boost
Monster Energy (colerful) gives you a 100 sec of you a 100 sec of jump boost of 10 blocks
To get the monster energy (green) you must craft it or find undergroud.
the ore spawns at level 60 or below.
