Welcome to Mythic Mode!

This datapack adds an new tough-as-nails difficulty to Minecraft. Your skills will truly be put the test with this pack, making mobs much stronger, not allowing sleep, giving items less durability, and much more!
Unlike Hardcore Mode, which only gives you one life, Mythic Mode gives you infinite. I wanted it to be difficult, but not so punishing that you can never play on that world again.
Here's everything that's changed with this datapack:
- Shields can't be used, as they defeat much of the early-game challenge
- All mobs are stronger and faster
- Beds don't allow sleeping, making the night a daily occurrence
- Friendly mobs will run away much faster if they're hit
- Tool durability is reduced by 75%, and armour is not affected
- Health can't naturally regenerate
- Crops grow much slower than normal
- The less hunger you have, the faster it depletes
Mythic Mode Installation Guide
This guide will show you to put this datapack into your Minecraft world.
Warning: Cheats must be enabled in your world to use this datapack.
1. Extract 'MythicMode_1.0.zip' by right clicking on it and clicking 'Extract All...'.
2. Click the Start icon in the bottom left corner of your computer, and type '%appdata%'.
3. Go inside the '.minecraft' folder, then go inside your 'saves' folder. You should see all of your Minecraft world folders. Go inside the world folder you want this datapack to be in.
4. Go inside the 'datapacks' folder, then drag the extracted folder 'MythicMode' into the datapacks folder.
5. Go into the in-game world you put the datapack into, and type this command in chat if the datapack doesn't automatically enable:
6. If you've done everything correctly, a message should have popped up in chat saying: 'MythicMode: Created by Thonck'.
7. That's it! Enjoy seeing the death screen!
