Just so all of you know, shaders is compatible with forge, but only for 1.5.2 , until it updates.

I think you put the .zip file into shaderpacks folder... You must have GLSL Shaders Mod installed before doing it.

I think it adds a GUI so it counts itself as a mod..
either that, or it was just a slp-up
