PubliCraft is a mod made by you, the community!
You don't need to know how to make a mod or be a great artist. Just
send in any textures, skins, buildings or other things you make and it
will be added into the mod. All items you make will have your name in
its tool-tip so everyone who finds it will know you made it!
It currently includes several weapons, blocks, coins, a teleporter,
bombs and crates that can be found around the world that contain many
different items.
To learn more, send in your own content or see the Wiki with crafting recipes, visit the PubliCraft website.
*Requires Forge for Minecraft 1.8.

EDIT: If i can figure out where to reference things, like the textures folder. unless you can add those details after.
But if you'd rather me add that, that's fine, too.
IF using Windows 7: Find the search area (Usually says search or a small empty bar once you click on the start button) and type in %appdata% and then from there find your roaming folder and then from there click on your .minecraft folder find mods and then drag it in there.
IF using Windows 8. Start bar %appdata% .minecraft and then mods.
However I have noticed with this newest launcher...you can only have the specific mods for the specific version in that folder. So to do that back-up mods from an older/newer version into a different folder and then follow the above steps.
