Description
Runes Of Minecraft is a new WIP mod that will add Runes to your minecraft experience! The idea behind ROM is to expand on the "potion" side of the game. Though the brewind is untouched, this mod provides the ability to create runes that can be empowered with all of the "positive" potion effects and even effects that cannot be obtained by brewing!
Note: This is a WIP mod, any and all feedback (suggestions/improvements) are welcome.

REMOVED - All runes with "Specific" enchantments tied to them
REMOVED - Non Modular Rune Items
ADDED - 4 Modular Rune Qualities (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary)
ADDED - 3 Rune Upgrade Items (Used to upgrade a rune to next tier)
ADDED - Crafting for (Common Rune, All Rune Upgrades, Rune Table)

As well, what about new potion effects, only obtainable via this rune system?
Common, Rare, Epic & Legendary. A new custom block with interface (Similar to anvil) will allow you to empower these runes with multiple effects! Upgrading the runes will increase duration, uses and power of all of the effects on a given rune.
This overhall was bigger and a bit more complicated than I though and has taken longer than hoped to push out, but its definetly coming! ;)
