This was intended, but a vibrating cape causes too much lag, and by that i mean it drops ur fps down to the lows

I wanted to ask you if you could add a character that is very special to me and would this really be the best heropack if you added the character I am about to mention, I would really like you to add Deathstorm from the series The Flash if you accept I will tell you some things that you could add.

He was in the SecretHeroes heropack owned by ShueShue, I used to be co-owner of SecretHeroes but left for personal reasons. I finally decided to make my own heropack and Velocity was the first suit I added.
