Server Tick Monitor (1.9.4 - 1.14.4) Minecraft Mod

Description:
Adds a Monitor Block to measure the current dimension and server tickrate in real time.
The ideal tickrate is 20 ticks per second. A lower number means the server can't catch up.
The block itself is uncraftable.

Server monitoring tools are usually provided through server side mods (plugins), not mods that also require the client to have it, for obvious reasons. Still a cool thing though, could maybe be useful for closed testing or servers that have custom modpacks.

That's because the server is skipping ticks when it's overloaded. Those are still counted as processed ticks and are included in the TP/s calculation.

Skipped ticks are logged in the server log file:
[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2339ms behind, skipping 46 tick(s)
