In the mod, Drugs give you disadvantages while medicines give you advantages, and chems give you a mix of both. List of effects Buffout, and Painkillers: resistance. Anything that you smoke: Damage (It damages you and your lungs) (Bongs do less damage) Jet: Speed Mentats: XP LSD: Blindness, Nausea, and Weakness Anything that has been laced or tampered with: Numerous harmful side effects. More effects will be added in the future
