Shield Potions [Small, Medium, Large]

HI, remember me? Its been a while (2 years actually). I don't have any intention on returning to modding but I made this mod for a custom server modpack for me and my friends, so enjoy!

This mod adds shield potions in 3 tiers:

Small shield potion
Medium shield potion
Large shield potion

Each potion of course increasing in duration and effect multiplier with each increased tier, think of it like the Fortnite shield potions.
