Try to listen the zombie and enderman, they are from "my" Situation Panic mod for L4D2 (first version on 2010):

The rest of the sounds was created around the standard sounds, or created by me, try to use the door for example.
But above all there is not even 1 soundtrack that refers to Oblivion.
Now i tried what you are referring to and is totaly different.
Please compare them, because i did a lot of audio files that are not in Oblivion mods and vice versa.
