The name says it all, it's simple, it makes Stone Cutters make damage if you stand on top of them.

Only for 19w04a+ (or other versions with stone cutter)

To install, move the downloaded zip to the datapacks folder of your world.

Why is the damage a wither effect? Wouldn't it be easier and make more sense to apply the effects of a cactus block onto the topside of the stonecutter? The amount of damage dealt is pretty reasonable as is, by the way.
