To be honest, you can make this mod extremely easily. All you need to do is to go into the EnumToolMaterial class and replace the 32 in "GOLD(0, 32, 12.0F, 0, 22);" to however strong you need it to be. Wood is 59, stone is 131, iron is 250, and diamond is 1561. If you need help to get MCP up and decompiling, you can go on youtube or message me, as I'd be happy to help.

actually they take the exact same damage when they destroy a block, the reason the bar shrinks less when gold is stronger is it has more uses SO

1 use with a maximum of 100 uses = big bar shrinkage
1 use with a maximum or 1000000 uses = tiny bar shrinkage

do you get it? :D
