It's as easy as that!

**Copy that link and put it into your server resourcepack section, in the "server.properties" file**

- The resourcepack also works with my Interactive Bookshelves Pack.

(Just make sure you're using the most recent Resourcepack)

- If you're on a server, you might want to enforce a server resourcepack, or tell everyone to manually install the resourcepack.

You sure it's not that you didn't unzip the file? Cause you need to unzip the zip file then put the resourcepack in your resourcepack folder, and the datapack in your world's datapack folder.

I'm testing out the datapack on the latest snapshot (19w11b) and it seems to be working correctly on my end. These additional decorative blocks look really cool, good work dude :)!

Thanks :)

Glad to hear you're not having bugs!
Hey, I use this on my realms server, really nice, I just wanted to second the people talking about glass table and benches. I was also wondering if it would be possible to get every type of table leg on every table, like the center post on oak tables rather than only the outer posts. Some bulkier looking stone/iron furniture would be great too!

Anyways thanks, this is really helping me in my building!

I definitely was thinking of giving every leg variant to every type of table. Especially the wood ones. The Marble would look kinda strange with 4 legs in my opinion haha but I'll eventually try to make a good model for it!

But yes, that would be a great idea! Now my question is: Do I keep making unique 4 and 1 leg variants for each wood type? Or should I start doubling up some of the styles?
While I can definitely appreciate the attempt at making unique designs, in practice though the players can choose whether or not to restrict designs to certain wood types, and doing so mechanically is rather limiting. So unless it makes sense to you to restrict designs, I would have all the designs be sharable, at least within a material subset. (ie, wood types can use a,b,c,d,e; and stone types may be able to use a,c,f, and g.) I can appreciate unique designs for completely different materials, it is just when I can use a design on jungle wood but not oak that it is somewhat irksome.

Edit: also, as to new type of tables, it would be cool if we got a type with space inside like a chest, kind of like a cabinet or dresser. In other words a storage space other than a chest.

Thanks again!

Cool ideas! I'll definitely consider them!

Perhaps.... Yeah... Perhaps I could make it so that different designs are crafted differently. Maybe anyway.

First off, I love this and the bookshelf datapacks! What code does one need to create these datapacks? Also, any good site for a tutorial? I've looked for some real quick but no luck. Ideas: Glass tables, stone/andesite/diorite (polished versions) of the stone variants, and maybe use the bark wood for some more tables? Bedside tables would be a good idea as well and maybe a workbench looking table of some kind? You could also make stools as well and how about sofas? Just throwing out a couple of ideas ;). Keep up the very good work!

Oh and I just saw I didn't answer your question about code and tutorials.

Well, I'm not sure about tutorials, I kinda just figured it out from the wiki. What you can also do is open up a pre-existing datapack and see how it works! :)

It might be tricky at first, but the key to understanding it would also be to know that the tick.json file in the minecraft/tags folder runs a function. The function that's run by that runs once every tick.

I was also thinking about the glass tables! I think that's a good one. Stools are a maybe, but personally I'd shy away from making sofas, feels more like a general purpose furniture pack, while I'm really trying to focus down on tables and chairs for the most part :)

Also, thanks for all the praise!

How about if the chairs could be hammered together into benches?

Ooh! Very interesting suggestion, however, I'm not sure how I'd remove the right-click detection on the pigs when you have the hammer on, at least I don't have any practical ways of doing it.

But a bench in general isn't a bad idea :)

Does anyone have suggestions for any more types of Tables or Chairs? Quartz was the only stone-like table that I found imperative to make, any suggestions though?
