So lately I have been feeling a lot of ambition to start writing my own mods and after a liitle while I came up with a great idea with a lot of potential
The Chocolate Mod
I wrote this mod all by myself and I am super happy with the result!
Right now this mod focusses on food items and the blocks made from those food Items, I am still a noob at programming so the first few updates will probably have more items and more blocks, BUT i will keep this mod updated + I will keep adding new stuff to this mod and hopefully one day I will hit my goal of have 10.000 views on one of my own mods :)
Anyways onto the change log and what this mod actually adds!

Right now this mod adds 3 items, it is not a lot but remember this is my first mod written by myself.
- Dark Chocolate Bar (Gives 6 seconds of regeneration 1, because it's "healthier")
- White Chocolate Bar (Gives 6 seconds of speed 1, because there is more sugar in this bar than the other 2)
- Brown Chocolate Bar (Adds more saturation and hunger than the other 2)
- All of their crafting recipes
- Dark Chocolate Bar (Gives 6 seconds of regeneration 1, because it's "healthier")
- White Chocolate Bar (Gives 6 seconds of speed 1, because there is more sugar in this bar than the other 2)
- Brown Chocolate Bar (Adds more saturation and hunger than the other 2)
- All of their crafting recipes

Balanced stuff:
- Changed the regeneration from the dark chocolate bar from 5 to 6
- Same for the speed from the white chocolate bar
Updated recipes:
- Changed white chocolate bar recipe
- Changed dark chocolate bar recipe
- So instead of making them all with their seperate recipes you now always have the brown chocolate bar as a base and you "modify" the brown chocolate bar
Removed Stuff:
- Advancements (They will come back but they don't work how I want them to)
Things I forgot to say in the changelog from last update:
- The hot chocolate bowl gives saturation for 3 seconds 35% of the time
- You can get the brown chocolate bar bowl by putting a brown chocolate bar above a bowl in the crafting interface
- Smelt the brown chocolate bar bowl to get the hot chocolate bowl
PMC changes:
- Added a tab to view all of the recipes
this update is quite small partially because I don't have time and partially because I don't really have any inspiration/original ideas anymore. I am very sorry but I think that there is just a limit to what I can add to this mod (If you have any ideas please leave them in the comments)

The Chocolate Mod Version 1.4 (The Bar Update)
Hello guys!
As I said the new update is finally here.
IMO this update is pretty good (hope you think the same)
I have got some feedback and some new inspiration so I can get back to work! :)
Anyways this is what the new update adds!:
- Updated the mod to 1.18.2
- Added the sweet berry chocolate bar
- Added caramel chocolate bar
- Added blueberry chocolate bar
- Added blueberry crops
- Added blueberry seeds (Plant them on farmland)
- Added blueberries (consumable)
- Added blueberry flowers (No use YET)
- For now sweetberries will drop blueberry seeds (TO BE CHANGED)
- Added pure caramel (Texture will be changed) (Obtained by smelting sugar)

- White chocolate bar gives haste for 10 seconds now
- Gold chocolate bars give 2.5 hunger bars, instead of 2 hunger bars

The Chocolate Mod Version 1.5 Changelog
Hello Guys/Girls!
So I just finished working on the next update of this mod!
This includes mostly QOL Changes
Let's get into it:
QOL/New Changes:
- Blueberry flower now generate naturally in forests
- Blueberry seeds now generate in dungeon chests
- Removed functionality that sweet berries dropped blueberry seeds
- You can now make blue dye with blue berries
(You can finally get the seeds renewably)
PMC Changes:
- Changed the credits from "TutorialsByKaupenJoe" to "ModdingByKaupenJoe" since he changed his name on YT
That was the changelog. It's not that big because I am thinking that this mod is coming to an end....
It was super cool to finally make my own mod and have some succes with it!
But the chocolate mod is porbably gonna get 1 or 2 more updates and then it will probably be done :(
And yes it might be sad but I already have another fun idea for another mod! (Don't worry you will still be able to download this mod)

How to download this (And other) mod(s)
How to download this mod?
- Go to this site
- Click the "download here" button
- Run the EXE file
- Go back to Planet Minecraft
- Click the "Download" button (and download the Fabric API as well)
- Open the folder, you should see a JAR file named: chocolate-mod-..... (Version name)
- Open your .minecraft folder (or in the search bar type: %appdata%)
- Check if there is a folder called "mods"
- If there isn't a folder called "mods" create one with the exact same name
- Drag the JAR file in the folder "mods"
- Drag the Fabric API in this folder as well
- open up your launcher and you should see a new minecraft version called: Fabric Loader-..... (The version of the Fabric API)

So I just tested the mod in 1.18.2 and I don't know why but nothing works anymore, not even the creative tab. I don't know why it is behaving like this but it sucks.
So for that reason (And the reason that everything broke when I tried to upgdate the mod to 1.19) I wil not be updating this mod to 1.19. I hope that the mod still works for you guys, But personally I have kinda given up on this mod.
Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed coding this mod and having like this "little project", But I never quite understood the whole process of coding a mod. I would always just copy some random dev who did knew what they were doing.
+ I don't know if anyone thought I was busy working on like a huge update, but no: I was actually hoping to update the mod to 1.19 to continue development but as I stated earlier everything broke :(
I will not take down the page so you could still download the mod but I won't be making anymore content, I am sincerely sorry...
Unless there is like a huge wave of random supporters then i'll try to continue but if not, then i'll just stop here with this mod and maybe make something else to post.
