This datapack adds in a thirst bar to minecraft. You lose thirst every 1-2 minutes. Min thirst is 0 and max thirst is 10. You start at 10 and it resets if you die of do /reload. Here is a list of effect of not drinking water bottles or potion:

When you reach 6 you start to slow down
When you reach 4 you start to mine slower
When you reach 2 you start to get hungry and have nausea
When you reach 1 you start do take damage

bug fixes:
0.2 fixed if you spawn in sometimes you are dehydrated
