3 upcoming Cool Creative Candies builder decoration tools demonstrate you that you can target either each block or rather each ArmorStand separately, or the whole column of blocks in totality.
If the 1.9 release will take some time, I might release this tool and all the others showcased here also in a separate version for Minecraft 1.8.
I plan to release all of my future decorative builder tools with such a Swapper Squid machine, individually adjusted to each tool, so you can create with no restrictions, to your heart's content.

The link you gave me does talk of "programming", but clearly hints to modifications in the old common sense, e.g. those which need usually Forge.

The only thing that could refer to CommandBlocks would be the word "programming", but I don't consider commands real programming, compared to "real" mods.. And the rest of the sentence hints on it really being "real" mods they mean.
So, unless a PMC moderator tells me to post my stuff in the future into the "mods" category, I'd rather have it into "Redstone Device", even more as most people call me a "Redstoner", although, technically, for me it's Survival-stuff without Commandblocks per my definition, but oh well };]
