The Standard Edition of Town Flipper comes with 16 jobs to complete and 2 empty properties! The jobs vary from a house, to a luxury apartment, to a festival, a train, and a lot more. You will be given tools and a set of furniture, and you must complete the order that the Customer gives you. However, in the empty properties, you can bring whatever furniture you want and let your imagination take control. Happy flipping!

It’s not made to be compatible with mods, though they should work. Only thing is the blocks and items from the mods would have to be cheated in as they can’t be obtained in the missions :)
