Ive spent about a month on this project (my first startrek ship) i've used the jakill datasheets on Lcars. I'd like to thank atrocity's for the help getting started. The ship will have a full interior, i've currantly did the bridge and some of deck 2. When the project is 100% complete i intend on releasing the schematic. The interior layout of the ship is NOT 100% accurate, but i'l be putting stuff in on the correct floor at least due to the lack of deck plans being available.

I've picked up where i left off AGES ago, I've been adding bits here and there for a few months now, but nothing serious.

As a kick start I've redone the bottom of the disk, now with a large blue ring that was missing for quite some time, and a proper cap to it. Also as you may notice in the updated top side picture, I've redone the livery for that. Also I've included some pictures of the interior that were missing before.

This ship will be finished, but i'l probably get caught up in shuttle making or something along the way.

I'd love the help, especially from a professional shipbuilder :D This thing's been left on server for quite some time now as i stalled when it came to the interior and some of the secondary hulls shaping due to no proper deck plans, and the fact I cant make curves to save my life.

I've now mostly completed the primary hulls exterior, which is looking like the real thing :)

erm... i didn't make the enterprise... I've made Daedalus, Excelsior and 50 shuttlecraft at least. But i didn't make the enterprise, atrocities did it under the classes namesake, The USS Constitution.

Anyway good to see this ship is getting followers :) It won't be done for a bit though.

the one major problem with it is that barley any of the plans for it are consistent. Some say it's 40 decks, some say 26 others say something in the mid 30s. Apart from that it should be easy sailing :)

Nature deck (or whatever metrics it is) is now finished, as is the cargo hold, cargo storage is however, is yet to be made.

New connecting dorsal design to match the real one better, red alert is working fine, shuttle storage is complete and the natural area with trees is done,Project is going ahead full steam :)

I think when i finish this i'l refit it to a Mk2 and also refit it to a Mk3 (krakow).

The Mk3 one is basically what the excelsior would look like about the time of Nemesis, which is pretty bad ass.

sorry about that, the server is ran on the owners computer, we used to have it up 24/7 but now im lucky if i even get on il add you on skype later on so i can tell you when were up or something

last time we were up, it was there, but once again, for the 10 billionth time, Persian world is having major problems with its owner, so ALL build progress on Excelsior and Daedalus has been stopped completely, but temporarily. As soon as its back up, if your good enough (i'l give you some sort of test, like decorate a room to the theme of a bridge) i'l give you a place on the crew, which is currently only me and whoever is on.

May i also add, WE WILL definantly be back up. We've survived through 3 owners, 2 map glitches and 3 major grief attacks.

Were up and running on 83.243.236.33 we have strict build codes etc, and a new spawn, so im not 100% sure if the rules are accurate. But it should be fine anyway as i'l run your through them :)

friend, you don't even need to say please :) The reason i set out to do this was due to the lack of there being a downloadable Mk1 excelsior. That and to get an awesome ship lol

Im aware of your Mk2 excelsior, but my one is a Mk1. Also ive checked the scaling of yours, it appears to be off by quite a bit as the Mk2 is longer than the Mk1, yet my one that has followed the Jakill blueprints exactly for measurements is longer.

Also, i'd revise the blueprints, i found a steak restaurant where the rear photon bay was meant to be, i'd follow these ones, i've used the jakill data sheets for mine:

anyway, blueprints are far more consistent that wiki pages, if you want facts about the ship, wiki's are good, but for measurements and room placement the Blueprints are always the best to use.

btw, if u are redoing it, it'd be FAR better to work from scratch, and ignore the height in the measurements, and go by the amount of decks (each deck having 3 meters of living space), that way you can fit stuff in without trouble.

Also, if you want, when i finish this (to save you HEAPS of time) we could refit this ship together so that its a Mk2, it shouldn't be too hard, it'd be a simple case of switching the nacelles about, adding 2 more impulse engines, making more room on the secondary hull and also adding another warp core.

Yes 80 to 90% of the interior is incomplete. Thats the joy of having to match cutaway diagrams with deck content listings to create something that resembles a deck plan. The only reason i did the bridge so fast was due to it having a floor plan.

Unfortuantly Only the bridge had a floor plan, meaning i have to wing a lot of it. Good news is i'l be taking inspiration from Atrocities ships, they've been a great source of inspiration for many of the features on Excelsior's interior so far, i hope to get it up to the standard of his constitution.
