I have built 1401 Lawrence, a high-rise office building currently under construction in downtown Denver, Colorado. Originally, 1401 Lawrence was proposed by Great Gulf Group to be a 51 story condo building. In 2008, the project was cancelled but Great Gulf kept the property to develop at a later time. Now, sister company First Gulf Corporation, has started building a 22-story office building in the newest downtown construction boom. The building is planned to be completed next year. This building and another much larger office building, 1144 fifteenth street, are helping to transform downtown Denver's very 1980sesque skyline.

My version of the building is not as long or wide so it can fit in with my city a bit better. Also, instead of 6 floors of parking above ground there is only 4. I plan on also building 1144 fifteenth street eventually which will be much more complex than this building. I want to give Denver a little bit of light on this website since all the creations that have to do with Denver are just about the sports teams.

Lastly, I will upload the schematic once I finish the ground floor and the parking garage, so please don't even bother saying "no download, no diamond."
