What is Murder?


Murder is a Minecraft minigame created to mimic the Garry's mod equivalent.
Built for between 3 and 8 players
Using Snapshot 14w30c
Using the latest 1.8 snapshot features Murder includes:


Working Revolver with slowly refilling ammunition
Only Bystanders can pick up revolvers and ammunition
The Bystander with a secret weapon will drop the revolver if he kills an innocent, and be incapacitated
The Murderer's knife is throwable and will kill a Bystander on impact
Bystanders cannot pick up or use the knife
Toggleable Particle Trails [to mimic footprints] bound to the Murderer's 1 key
Toggleable Sprint [speed boost] bound to the Murderer's 9 key
All players may activate custom sounds to mimic the voices menu, these can be edited externally to create your own unique experience
Clues will spawn randomly throughout the map, that can be used by Bystanders to purchase Revolvers
If a Murderer collects a clue and kills a bystander, they may change their disguise
Fully randomized spawn locations for players
Custom 'Add Ons' for two commonly used packs; 'PureBDcraft' and 'John Smith Legacy' including new textures and sounds

Resource Pack AddOns


The custom Resource Pack Addons provide new textures and sounds to the minigame.
They must be equipped above the compatible resource pack, as shown below:

There are currently three Resource Pack AddOns; Vanilla, PureBDcraft and John Smith Legacy.
At Least one addon is required, [vanilla is supplied with the map zip file], as the included custom sound files are used to recreate the 'Voices' menu from Garry's mod Murder.

As far as I am aware it is both. This map, along with the GMod originals are from a movie called 'Clue'.
