ONLY WORKS IN 1.9 PRERELEASE 3!

You spawn in snow, and if you're on pre release 3, you'll see a glass tower to your right. Go there and dig down. You'll hit some stone brick. Just break it and you're in! Also, the glass tower is right above a pre-release 3 ENDER PORTAL ROOM!

Edit: Maybe I'll try and find a seed for 1.9 Pre4.
