Today I have built the 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 'Special Edition' from the 1977 film 'Smokey and the Bandit'. the '77 firebird was seen as the 'hero car' in the film being driven by the Bandit(Burt Reynolds) on a journey from the US state of Georgia to Texas and back to bring then illegal alcohol to Big and Little Enos who wish to celebrate a bet they have in style. The Trans Am acted as a distraction car for any unfortunate police officers to come across the truck and trans am as they go cross country to earn 80 thousand dollars for pulling a delivery said to have been 'Never been done before'
