New ship build!

I am slowly making my way through the rates of Ship Of The Line; I've done 3rd, 4th, and now 6th Rate. Next will probably be a 2nd Rate SOTL.
As it is a new build, improvements will be almost certainly on the way.

For now, though, I give you the Amazon!

Shipbuilder to shipbuilder: Awesome job at making a ship here. :) Not so awesome job at making a 6th rate :O


A 6th rate is a frigate with 15-17 broadsite cannon ship, you ship has only 13 broadsite cannons. The correct term for this ship would be "High deck brig" or "Frigate" - 6th rate also changed a bit from 1600-1880 so what age is it from?


(Sorry for bad English - just can't make sentences today) xD


Nice ship stern, good shapes and nice color choice. :) the bow is good aswell but a bit.. "blocky" 


"Blocky" it is Minecraft.. But still too blocky for good minecraft build :D 


AND..(I can't see if you got bow cannons) but if you don't it would be pretty normal for a frigate or 6th rate (or whatever) to have bow cannons (normaly 2)


This ship is not flagged, so is it British, French or Portu/Spanish? Different countries have different Rating system, so outside England and france it could be a 6th rate (but I'm not sure) :D

Firstly, it has the space for 32 guns, if that helps. There are cannon ports in the aft top deck. I just Wikipedia'd that, and it turns out that this ship is floating in unchartered territory (nice pun there) when it comes to rating. It's kinda between the classic 6th Rate (which had about 20-28 guns) and 5th Rates (which had 32-44 guns). So, in a way, even though your facts aren't technically accurate, I do see what you mean.
   Secondly, I thought the bow was alright. for a bow of that size, it's got a fairly nice curve, I thought. But please tell me how I could make it better.
   Thirdly, it's kinda hard to do bow guns on a ship this small. Believe me, I've tried with all my builds, but it just doesn't look right.
Finally, I try to make all my ships in accordance with the British rating system, and I don't really add flags any more.
