Hi guys, today I am showcasing a contemporary, Shed style 1970's suburban home I created in the neighborhood of Chesterfield, in 1:1.5 scale. This is the second house in the Chesterfield Series. The house is located in the city of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network project. This was completely built by myself, Des9301, with no use of mods only using the TRS Recourse Pack. Special Shoutout to Dopaminn and user_name_ for helping out with the interior décor of the build.

About
Chesterfield is a large, middle class suburb located in the southern suburbs of the the City of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network Project. This quicky home, built in the mid 1970's, is a beige Shed inspired three level home. The house features 3 Levels, a 2 car rear basement garage, 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a tree lined backyard, close proximity to shopping, and close access to bike paths along the creek. The neighborhood is surrounded by many similar homes built in the late 70's and early 80's, but each house has unique characteristics. The house is furnished, with a interesting take on the 1980's postmodern movement. Just behind the property is a Trader Joe's, convenient if you need something in a pinch. Located near the house is a large creek that leads straight into downtown. The exterior and floorplan were built by myself, Des9301, with no use of Mods, just the TRS Resource Pack.
