This is my entry for the MCSG Map Contest! This map was inspired by the contest and the Book/Movie by Suzanne Collins: The Hunger Games. This map was made first with WorldPainter and put on a server. The jungle trees were converted to tall oak trees and 200+ chests were placed around the map. Redstone traps/puzzles, tons of parkour puzzles and a dense, hard to traverse jungle is waiting for you in the arena. Parts of the terrain was edited, landmarks and special points were added either by hand or molded with WorldEdit.

A lot of research was done on the map from the movie and from the book. I think it would be really cool if MCSG allows the placement and removal of "torches" in this map. I think this because there are a lot of trees, a lot of places for mobs to spawn - especially after a long night. Plus it would make finding people a bit easier.

Eratheon presents the 74th Survival Games! This map is based off of the Arena in the movie/book. However, it has a survival games twist to it: landmarks, a ship, redstone traps, effects, parkour puzzles and a 1000 by 1000 block map.

From the "not cave" just go across the river to where it's more mountainous. After crossing the river, turn right and search the rocks there. :) Hope this helps
