Данный дом располагался в Нижнем Новгороде на улице Печерской в районе Сенной площади. В этом районе была сложная ситуация. Район наполнен домами старой застройки с архитектурой старого Нижнего, но при этом они все находятся в удручающем состоянии.
Увы, но этот дом был снесён в районе 2020-2021 годов и сейчас его просто не существует.
