Let me start by apologizing, I run bootcamp with a mac keyboard, so I can only take screenshots with an on-screen keyboard, so I had to use MCEdit, so I couldn't get the whole base without the screen de-rendering.
This base is a giant glass sausage, underwater. It is defended by a few traps. If you want the schematic for just the first or second trap, check my profile.
I also copped all the way to the bottom of the map. You can just nudge it down as far as it will go without breaking the bottom off, and the base will be high enough to not allow slime spawns.
The enterance codes are at the bottom
Features:
2 portals (Right inside)
20,000 slots of storage (Under the cactus farm and mob farms)
2 small mob farms (Those two big buildings right in front of the entrance)
Too much wheat farm (It's the farm with wheat on it, genius) - Self harvesting. Just climb the steps leading to over the wheat farm, and remove the glass to flood. Replace the glass with anything to stop. Don't set off more than a few columns of wheat if your computer is slow.
Cactus Farm (It's the building spitting cactus at you, duh)
Animal Farm (Fenced in area with torches and a locked door)
Tree Farm (So you never have to go above ground again!)
Sugarcane Farm (its at the back)
Combat arena (the building with a ladder on the outside) - Monster spawners in an arena. I built it with bedrock, and coated it in stone, so creepers could "damage" the arena, but not destroy anything. It was just to add some flavor. I use it on easy, it gets pretty intense.
Funny Mob Grinder - If you're asking what that weird thing is with lava at the bottom, make sure there are some mobs (either type) on the hill, climb the steps on the right, and go up to the platform above the field. Remove the glass. Wait a few seconds. Lol.
To get in
1st room: Right lever
2nd room: 4th button
3rd room: Hug the outside of the room. Just stay on the outside pressure plates. Be careful.
4th room: 3-2-2-5-1-4-4 is the combo. Credit to Davisd09, I used his schematic to put the lock in. (http://www.mcschematics.com/index.php?topic=2115.0)
5th room: This is more of an obstacle course. Just follow the path. Or type tfly if you're like me and use single player commands.
