Here is a small modern office building equipped with some offices, cubicles and a break room. Top floor includes executive offices with private bathrooms and a balcony in the corridor. This building is also up to date in fire code, including a stairwell plus along with an elevator. Parking is $5.00 an hour for regular employees, and executives have their own dedicated sheltered parking area. That's all for features, enjoy the build :P 

(Screenshot is real and was taken in-game, I recommend playing on 1.8, some blocks will not appear in older versions)

Very very nice. Flows HD is a beautiful pack. I can never seem to get any shader pack SEUS or other to work right indoors. Always too dark and the lights are electric looking lol.

Yeah, it's good to keep as much sunlight in as possible. Building the windows from floor to ceiling and wrapping the offices 90 degrees in windows accomplished this.

Do the first floor and the second floor first by hand, then mcedit the other floors using a copy of the second floor. Make the top floor special. This could be a penthouse or anything. I would also suggest trying to fit in as many details as possible. It can make an interior really feel lively and not just like a box.

Pretty good, the column work is nice. For a hospital though, red accents in the form of logos and maybe blue windows would make it look more sterile. The walls do ruin the flow a bit, like it's being split by a butcher knife. Overall great, keeping working on it ^w^
