First ever upload for a series of custom terrain maps that focus on the natural beauty of a landscape, while still being epic. My name is Taylorwood, and I am an amateur terraformer, with a lot of time on my hands. I focus primarily on making terrain look as realistic and natural as possible, but still attempting to create stunning scenery and epic mountains. This map is heavily inspired by The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which is most noticeable by the plains biome. Each biome is unique, with the island being roughly 400x400 providing plenty of exploration and sights to see. The map contains everything you need to survive, including ores.
The Plains has scattered pine trees, with rocky outcrops, and small streams flowing through. Tall grass is common, with a few ferns. You'll find an old farmers house, who lives alone growing wheat for food.
The Pine Forest is different simply because of lack of snow. Rolling hills and mountain flowers are common, with lots of ferns, tall grass and of course, freshwater streams. An old tower sits at the tip of the island, overseeing the beautiful landscape.
The Bigtree Forest is home to all sorts of critters and plants. Mushrooms find it safe here, under the shade of the huge trees, and flowers of all kinds thrive. Small ponds of water are common, too.
The Tundra Mountains make an epic sight, as tall mountains covered in snow cover the landscape. Crossing through here can be difficult, and snowstorms are common. Be careful. Travellers often set up camp here, so tents are often found.
The Swamp also makes for some epic scenery. Huge mangrove trees drooping with vines make it quire a sight, and the added fog can make travelling through here perilous. Ferns are very common, along with water flooding the area.
If you liked the map or even the cinematic, a diamond is always appreciated! I'll need help getting started, and I have many more projects along the way. Thanks for reading!
-Contains 3 Regular biomes, Jungle, Desert and Forest. The forest uses primarily bigtrees however. Both biomes still use custom terrain however, but the trees are the same. The desert biome is a small island out in the sea.
-Drop the map into your saves folder inside the .minecraft folder, and you're ready to go!
-Texture Pack: John Smith's 32x Pack, with small edits by myself.
-Featured image is rendered with Chunky.
-Soundtrack: Peaceful Mind by Jochen Flach- soundcloud.com/jochenflach

I am an amature adventure map creator and I was wondering if I could possilbly usw your beautiful customized terrain to make a Skyrim themed adventure map. I am throughly experienced with redstone and command blocks and I have a team of builders who would help me. Please consider this. If you see this please get back to me by PM and we can work somethin out. I can give you full credit for the map and link me subscribers to your account.
Thanks!
