The Aljama of Garnata was a mosque built in the Nasrid era in the Islamic city of Garnata (now Granada) The mosque was built in the 1200s and occupied the same space as the modern Cathedral of Granada. In 1492 the mosque became a church before being partially demolished to make way for the Cathedral in 1526. The main prayer halls would remain until the construction of the Baroque chapel in the 1800s. (Built-in 1.16.5)
