Amberlight City v3 Apocalypse has been released! Built for 1.19, the map is an entirely new apocalypse scenario to explore and can be found here! This page has been kept separate due to continued popularity.

Amberlight City v2 Apocalypse is a fully detailed apocalyptic version of Amberlight City v2 for Minecraft 1.12.2+. This map is a little dated and might not work properly in newer versions of Minecraft, so 1.12.2 is recommended for the best experience.

You are found in the rubble of an old city. There are no rules, just pure survival/exploration. Survival mode is recommended, but you can play however you like! Can you survive in a desolate rotting city?

this map is very frustrating i have no idea why anyone would think its a good idea to use teleportation command blocks in a survival map, especially if the place you are teleported to is completely filled with water, has no way to get out and has iron block walls. stuff like this is baffling and costed me my hardcore experience.

I thought i wasnt scared easily but this map managed to terrify me so much i was only able to explore in creative mode because i was that scared. Its really big though and i like that.
