Sorry for the delayed response, though I'm surprised I've caught it this early:
I haven't done a real project on PMC in a long time; this project is WOW two years old? Anyway I am not an especially experienced, what, Java-er? I've attempted a couple texture packs and a mod in my day, but never finished, I mostly made numerous terrible story maps like these when I was actively playing. My point is, you might want to find someone who has uploaded an actual mod before.
