Asteriao s Abyss
Story:
After building a great kingdom in the sky, a place to finally call home, Steve took a break from his fantasy world to enter the mainland. He dug for riches, empowered by greedy human qualities only to stumble across a sanctum unimaginable by man. A home to the ancient civilization of underground elves lost in time. Steve had discovered masses of riches, but not in gold. He had come across a magnificent chamber stored with new knowledge and concepts, far beyond our grasp, A stepping stone that would change humans forever. Steve was unaware that this was a moment in history to be remembered throughout the ages.
The architecture was moulded from the cave itself forming an aura of natural perfection. Through deeper investigation Steve had come across runes, 3 stripes representing the long forgotten elven goddess of the night; Asteria. Within contact the wall had collapsed revealing a second cave with incomparable majestic qualities. With Steveo s new found fascination, the cave began to hold him prisoner, and protected him from the corrupt outside world filled with greed and hatred. Steve had found a new home. An ancient kingdom curiously preserved and uninhabited. With the new knowledge and a sense of direction, Steve had found his place in the world; within the depths of Asteriao s Abyss.

First of all a huge shout out to djpaulii who I cano t thank enough for the cinematic, renders and help throughout the contest project.
I started this project the day I saw the contest opening and spent about 5 days terraforming. It was an experience for me and my first real terraforming project. After seeing the competition I lost all my motivation and quit. Not seeing the purpose in continuing any further. I recently came in contact with djpaulii and old acquaintance of mine and we decided to collab on a build which will soon be released on a new account specifically for our 2 person build team. After showing him my cave he motivated me to finish and helped me fill it with builds and plantation.
