Playable survival map of the continent of Australia.
This map of Australia is made in WorldPainter, so there is some glitches and bugs that can occur in the map itself. Because this map is populated by the game itself, it automatically creates lakes (even when i don't even want them to be there), and an Ocean Monument close to the spawn, because of the built-in seed tells Minecraft to spawn an Ocean Monument there.
This map contains decent coverage of lakes, forests and rivers at a rough position of where they should be in real life. The massive arid Outback is made to be as realistic as possible, except for the Minecraft-generated lakes, which i definitely don't want it to be there, because it's cheating. You spawn at the capital city of Canberra, but you can go whatever direction you could go. The thumbnail represents a small part of Lake Eyre, the largest lake in Australia. This map is recommended for Survival Multiplayer servers, especially if the server is in Australia itself.
The playable map of Australia is about 19700x16900 blocks large, including the surrounding ocean
Update: Added abandoned mineshafts and strongholds in the map. Strongholds can be frequently found on the map, instead of outside it.
