Ok this spawn was going to be used on my upcoming server, but i decided to share it with you guys, free to use on servers, just make sure to PM me the IP or just keep a sign saying i built it :D
Its lagfree, Comes with:

-area for signs
- Donator area [ Donor ranks ]
- Donation Info
-SHOP!!

-Perfect Postion
