This is a major residential and commercial joint project undertaken by the Town of Bayview and the city of Cornerbrooke. Essentially a large shopping mall, surrounded by three office towers and two condo buildings. The project is only 75% complete with another 3 15 storey condo towers planned. Adding to the area is a metro station, and the largest bus terminal which services downtown and surrounding areas.

All builds are built by myself alone, interiors are also complete.
