I was looking through some buildings and felt like re-creating Berlin Reichstag in minecraft.
I thought it would be very fun and new to me and so it was.
Berlin Reichstag was created on Divine Freebuild in 3 amazing days of building :)
I learned a lot while making this, because I've never re-created any irl buildings in minecraft.

congratulations! Several weeks ago I was contacted by Microsoft to built the Reichstag for a presentation at the worlds biggest computer games trade fare "gamescom" in Germany. Instead of building it I researched and found your model and sent it to them. As I have heard they then asked your permission and used the model in the presentation. And the presentation was with Chancellor Angela Merkel! The picture of Merkel in front of your model made headline news. I suppose that your model is now one of the most visible models of all the minecraft community worldwide.
Congratulation again. I wrote a blog article on the presentation. It has pictures and videos. The text is in german though.
