Today I would like to showcase a binary counter. The binary counter uses powdered snow (or water buckets in older Minecraft versions). It is 2 wide tileable and pistonless (no piston is used). During operation there are no redstone dust updates, making it fairly lag friendly. It also contains a reset mechanism that works in constant time.
The counter is designed for the Java edition and has not been tested on Bedrock.
You can check out the video showcasing it: https://youtu.be/6aUnelnMYM0
Also, there is a world download.
