The Vox Populi and the Columbian Police Force are at war, and these barges serve as the main method of transportation for both parties. Held aloft by the same technology that holds Columbia aloft the Barges are driven by a single automaton pilot, who is turned on and off using the lever outside the his cabin. The Barges have a preset course and will follow this until reaching it or they are destroyed.
I have been playing the holy hell out of Bioshock Infnite since it came out and I decided to try my hand at recreating some stuff within it. The Texture pack is especially vital in this build, as the metal plating you see around the edges is Netherrack and the wheels at the back and sides are paintings.
