Long ago, a group of Piglins decided to create a small village in the Soul Sand Valley.
Nobody knows what happened to them, as all that's left of those Piglins are the remains of their village.
One explorer, known as The First Traveler, discovered the remains of the village. They took notes about the structures, and left them behind. What happened to The First Traveler is unknown, but after some time another adventurer stumbled across the village. They are known as The Second Traveler. They saw the village ruins, The First Traveler's notes, and thought that the remains could be transformed into a survivor base. So he ventured off to nearby Crimson Forest for supplies, returned and patched up the structures as best as they could. They set up flags, chests with Soul Speed boots for visitors to use, made shields and gave the base a name: Blackstone Valley Home Base. After that, he and some other explorers who discovered the base built a railway system to the nearest functional Nether Portal, granting easy access to the base for anyone who uses it.
Everyone lived there for a while, but eventually all of the residents left to go back to the Overworld. The base is still there, and can be used by anyone.

As for the save file.
My guess is that your save is +15MB which PMC doesn't like. Try a file-hosting site like Mediafire or something. The link you get there, you can add it to the submission.
Why didn't I think of using MediaFire I'm an idiot
