The concrete structure is an excellent insulator, regulating the interior temperature and keeping it cool from the heat. The tinted glass offers privacy, and features a special coating to combat the greenhouse effect, ensuring a cool interior while offering a breathtaking view of the beautiful land around it. The home also features an almost completely shaded pool area, so that guests can be entertained outdoors while still providing ample shade and cooling.
