Description:
The brutalist themed shop district is a mid density commercial and residential mix city block. It features two 12 story apartment towers with 2 supermarkets on the ground floor mirrored from each other, both structures are identical. The buildings feature full empty interiors for you to customize.
Design:
For the apartment building I took inspiration from the DDR plattenbau WBS70 PH12G series and the for the commercial building it was from the DDR plattenbau ESK 400-600 supermarket, I decided to merge the two buildings together thinking it'll look pretty cool.
