Ever been in the situation when you want an island to build on and can never find one with a flat part and the good parts of an island ... well fear no more !!!!!!!!! this island has a flat part , lake with a joining sea part for a dock and enough space for a mansion with a courtyard.

download it and check it out :D if you build on it make sure to comment to link so i can credit you in the desc :D
