This is one of the most difficult skyscrapers to build in minecraft properly, given the height restriction is nearly a fourth of the actual height of the real life Burj Khalifa. It's this fight between proportionality and useful space (meaning having the floors be usable), which are really the only two ways that you can do a building like this. I can see that you went with the former. And you did something clever, you used stone half slabs create the illusion that there are more floors. A very nice feature. Well done.
