This is the second template set up for builders to modify and create dungeons for inclusion in the Blue Vanilla mod Dungeons pack we are building in 2014.

This version includes a dry moat and a pillar-supported platform you can use to build a smaller structure with a more dramatic approach than if you simply built a huge 128 x 128 labyrinth. These builds take time, so a smaller one might be worth trying first if you're intimidated by the full dungeon box.

You should feel free to change anything inside this tempalate except for the external stone box walls to make it work for your dungeon.

To use this template just follow these three steps:

1. Download this schematic. Build an amazing dungeon, labyrinth, buried spaceship, lost library, creepy catacomb, or some other neat structure within the confines of this box. The first dungeon box has signboards with tips and info so you might want to check that out too (see link above).

2. Create or find a skin to use for the mob that will inhabit your dungeon. It will be wrapped around a zombie model unless you choose to create something based upon another kind of mob. We have used endermen, skeletons, pigs and other mobs as models for our custom mobs, so if you have questions go to our reddit page and you should get help quickly. I have found great skins here as well as on minecraftskins.net but you must get the skin author's name so they can be properly credited. Any place providing free skins for player use should be considered fair game, though crediting the site and author is required.

3. Submit the dungeon in schematic form and the skin to SRJ26 either here on PMC, by email or on our reddit page. We will work with you to refine the mob and set up it up to behave the way you want it to, within the limits of the BV engine. We will convert the schematic to our xml/txt file format and may work with you to randomize chest contents and do other customizations that schematics cannot do but that the BV engine can provide.
