Introduction/How to play:
Castle siege is a team based pvp map which consists of monsters trying to take over a castle guarded by knights before the night is over. You start by dividing into two teams, then each team chooses their side(knights or monsters). After that you choose the time limit(how long the night will last) and then push the start button.
Once the game has started each team goes to their respective teamroom and chooses one of the four starter classes. Each class has its own strengths and weaknesses, for example the skeleton sniper is great for long distance fights but have a very weak defense which makes it at a disadvantage in close combat.
The knights main objective is to defend the castle and its capturepoints until the break of dawn and the monsters main objective is to force their way into the castle and capture all 5 capturepoints. The capturepoints are hidden in different locations within the castle walls and are randomly selected each time. When a capturepoint is activated a beacon will be lit next to the capturepoint and there will also be a command block message telling the players where the activated beacon is.
For the monsters to capture a capturepoint they have to stand on the pressure plate by the beacon for 15 seconds straight. If they get attacked and fall off the pressure plate before the 15 seconds are achieved the timer resets and they have to start from zero again.
For each beacon the monster captures they unlock one new class. The knights unlocks new classes by killing a certain amount of monsters. Every 20 monster the knights slay they unlock a new class. The castle is full of secret doors and passages so make sure you explore every bit of it.
