Background

When General George Schtormand become the new Minister of Defense of the Imperialstoneland Federation , he secretly ordered the creation of a number of secret laboratories that would be engaged in the creation of a superweapons capable of making the Federation army invincible. Laboratory X-0 was established as a central laboratory , i.e it worked in all areas of research.
