Hello everyone, today I am showcasing a small, tri-level suburban home I created in the neighborhood of Chesterfield, in 1:1.5 scale. This is the first house in the Chesterfield Series. The house is located in the city of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network project. This was completely built by myself, Des9301, with no use of mods only using the TRS Recourse Pack.

About
Chesterfield is a large, middle class suburb located in the southern suburbs of the the City of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network Project. This quaint home, built in the late 1970's, is a beige Tudor inspired split-level home. The house features 3 Levels, a 1 car rear basement garage, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a tree lined backyard, close proximity to shopping, and direct access to paths along the creek. The neighborhood is surrounded by many similar homes built in the late 70's and early 80's, but each house has unique characteristics. The house is fully furnished, with each bedroom having a personality. Located to the right of the house is a large creek that leads straight into downtown. The house was built by myself, Des9301, with no use of Mods, just the TRS Resource Pack.
