They High priests of Dalamar Always Believed in the coming of angels. In fact it was for told in the prophecies that A great angel would fall from the heavens from a strange land called Earth.
The prophecy stated that this angel would have the power to Bring new power to Dalamar. However, the prophecy also for told of the angels power to Destroy.
The High priests dreaded the possibility of the end of their world. They prayed to the devine notch that he would bless them with a force that would be praised for a millennia.
They waited thousands of years.
No one is quite sure when the angel actually fell from the sky. In fact some say that he simply appeared, emerging from the deep forests into the town of Clifton in search of food and shelter. The high priests granted him this wish.
They discovered over time that whenever the angel was injured he would reappear in the very forrest they first found him. This was the first clue.
But then They discovered he could fly.
This new found secret was praised and in honor they began the construction of a new Monument. A form of college if you will.
upon final completion 4 of the High Priests stood upon the four towers and told a mighty Blessing that would forever protect the College from any outside harm. It was a beautiful utopia.
Every day the High priests would stand and the top and watch for the rebirth of the great and powerful Steve.
And the location was justly named...
Angels Terrace.

Angels-Terrace(Default).schematic: Uses The default Texture Pack but does not look quite as amazing.
This building has had no interior work. I will leave any interiors there are up to you.
Lastly I strongly recommend turning ice melt off.
